We are disappointed our 2021 conference cannot go ahead as planned. It has been postponed until 2022 as a result of NZ government imposed Covid-19 restrictions
As you may be aware the NZ government announced on 17th August 2021 that the whole of NZ is being placed into a short sharp level 4 lockdown, based on positive tests of the Delta strain of Covid-19 in the community, and in particular Auckland that would be in lockdown for 7 days.
After much consideration by the PMANZ president and council, it is with disappointment that we must advise you that PMANZ have decided to postpone the conference to 2022. We collectively agreed this, so we can give the best value to yourselves as our hardworking conference attendees, and also our generous industry sponsors of the event. We considered delaying the conference to later this year, but with the uncertainty and practicalities of the Covid-19 situation and the looming summer pest season that will quite rightly be your main focus now, we decided it best to move the conference to 18 and 19 August 2022.
Details will be forthcoming soon, so watch this space for news.
